ATCO’s Electricity Generation, Transmission, and Distribution:
ATCO operates and has ownership in three gas-fired power stations in Australia, located in Western Australia, Queensland & South Australia
Globally, ATCO owns and/or operates 18 power plants with a combined capacity of approx. 4,900MW
ATCO owns more than 72,000km of electricity transmission and distribution lines
ATCO’s Gas Distribution Utility Assets:
ATCO owns and operates the largest gas reticulation network in Western Australia of approximately 13,300km
ATCO’s Western Australian distribution network services approximately 667,000 customers
Globally, ATCO owns and operates nearly 50,000km of gas distribution lines
Globally, ATCO’s utility companies (gas and electric) serve nearly 2 million customers in more than 350 communities
ATCO’s Gas Gathering, Processing and Storage Assets:
Globally, ATCO has ownership and/or operating interest in 9 gas gathering and processing facilities and 4 liquid extraction facilities
Processing capacity of 1.8bcf per day
Ownership and operation of 40bcf of storage capacity
ATCO’s Transmission Pipeline Assets:
Globally, ATCO owns and operates 8,500km of pipelines with 19 compressor sites
Over 4,100 receipt and delivery points on ATCO’s transmission pipeline systems
Peak delivery of 3.8bcf per day to customers
